Minimum Requirements

• Relevant commerce or legal degree.
• A CFA, CFP or FASSA qualification would be preferred
• Expert knowledge on personal finance matters
• Business acumen
• Understanding of financial and statistical models
• Advanced relationship building & networking skills at all levels
• Project management skills as many strategic initiatives are expected to be delivered over a long time period, requiring monitoring of adherence to agreed plans and timelines
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and delegate where appropriate
• Ability to anticipate and manage change
• Strategic innovative thinking and delivery
• Experience in successful execution of strategic objectives
