Job description

• Monitoring performance and succession planning of store staff
• Motivating organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Communicating with other departments
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders
• Ensuring quality delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
• Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operations headquarters
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication
• Keeping stock control systems up to date
• Planning future capacity requirements
• Revenue stock margin and expenditure control
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily weekly and monthly basis
• Briefing store managers on a daily basis
• Motivating urgency on replies and feedback from stores
• Staff control and roster implementation
• Maintaining standards of health and safety hygiene and security in the work environment
• Responsible for implementation and maintaining all operations policies and processes for the stores
• Overseeing payroll processing security control and logistical activity
• All Store Administrative duties
• Any other reasonable request from management
