Overview

To complete periodic financial reports (financial results and commentary) and to complete month-end and year-end financial closing-off procedures.

Purpose and Objectives

• Prepare and post monthly financial journal entries on SAP (including IFRS8 journals).
• Manages the financial transactions of the Clicks Helping Hands Trust in SAP and consequential reporting and annual financial statements.
• Manages reporting requirements for interim and year-end financial reporting.
• Completes the interim and year-end Fact book.
• Completes the monthly business review pack.
• Maintain good working practices in GL entries (correct general ledger expense accounts and cost centres being used).
• Produce ad-hoc reports from SAP BPC and SAP for Commercial Financial Manager and the Finance Team.
• Keep the Clicks Capex tracker up to date with new Capex forms.
• Completes the monthly sustainability report.
• Maintain a list of competitor-affected stores.
