    Netsurit is currently looking for an additional Global Technology Advisor (Account Manager) for its Cape Town Branch. The role would manage existing accounts essentially as a Virtual IT Manager. This role would entail potential international travel to USA and Canada – SA Passport required.

    Netsurit CT is looking to recruit a Global Technology Advisor. You will report to the Cape Town Regional Manager. You will be MCSE qualified or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 years’ technical account management experience, and a track record of having achieved sales targets as a Technical Account Manager. You are experienced and motivated to manage and grow an existing base of clients, as well as bring in new client leads

    Package consists of a basic salary plus incentives. On Target Earning 400-500k per annum. There is no upside limit to earnings.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • You are a seasoned farmer
    • You have a high degree of client obsession and focus
    • You are skilled at building relationships with client decision makers and senior level people at the client.
    • You will be responsible for client retention and growth, and ensuring solid client profitability
    • From an operational perspective, you are able to perform the service level management function of ITIL.
    • You will be responsible for overall client satisfaction and service delivery.
    • you have the ability to manage your sales pipeline

    You have solid solution selling experience – right solutions at the right time for your clients

    • Matric
    • MCSE qualification
    • Solution sales experience
    • Minimum 2 years’ technical account management experience
    • Track record of having achieved sales targets as a Technical Account Manager
    • You are self-motivated and self-managed, with the ability and desire to work with a team
    • You have a robust Personality
    • You are very professional and presentable
