Based in Bryanston, Johannesburg

Full time position

Duties:

• Advertising vacancies on relevant sites and portals
• Recruiting, headhunting specialist skills required across Intigor Group against selection criteria
• Building recruitment database of potential employees for Intigor Group
• Conducting first-round interviews and vetting process before presenting candidates for consideration to management
• Conducting necessary checks (ITC, criminal and qualification, as well as references)
• Allrounder with previous experience in recruitment for IT, Property, Finance fields would be advantageous
• Drafting of related documentation for successful and unsuccessful applicants

Experience/ Skills required:

• Excellent communicator
• Networking and relationship building skills
• Understanding of recruitment processes and related legislation
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to adapt to change
• Proficiency in MS Office
