Job description
ITSI (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to accelerate the growth of the ITSI customer base in South Africa.
The HBD will be responsible for driving all ITSI sales and marketing activities in South Africa, with a specific focus on building new channels and markets.
The scope includes the direct sales to schools and higher education institutions (B2School), online store sales (B2C) and corporate negotiations (B2B).
To grow the ITSI business successfully, the HBD must have an enthusiastic sales-oriented personality. A successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to think creatively about the sales and marketing approach, and ‘to get things done’.
The candidate must also have a solid experience in executing sales processes flawlessly - even for highly complex sales.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and can drive the business through analytical insights. Experience in driving and motivating a team is also required.
The initial focus of the role will be to build up new sales capacity in South African higher education and corporate channels, and a candidate with experience and network in these areas will be preferred.
The position is located in Pretoria and reports directly to the MD of South Africa. The role requires frequent domestic travel.
