Job description

As the Project Engineer, you will be assisting the Project Manager in controlling the full project or section(s) of a larger project. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a market leader and the opportunity to work on various projects located in the North.

Our client is looking for a Project Engineer with strong experience in Ductwork.

As the Project Engineer your Key Responsibilities are the following:

• Review and understand tender pricing methods and documentation and highlight discrepancies
• In line with defined project sizes, plan, monitor, programme and take control of all aspects of project information
• Determine and arrange resource levels, material requirements and site demands to ensure efficient operation of projects
• Coordinate in full the project requirement with the design and engineering department
• Contribute to commercial management of the project
• Recognise variations and delays to the tendered scope of works and ensure they are properly recorded

Highly Desirable

• HVAC, Ductwork, Nuclear, CAD, Installation, Subcontractor experience
• Good Communication skill at all levels
• HNC or above in building services based subject or equivalent
