    Senior Technical Recruiter

    Job description

    NTRODUCTION

    The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with internal stakeholders in our Cape Town, New York headquarters, as well as our other locations globally to design and deliver recruitment strategies. This role will conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities from a technical and cultural perspective within the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional technical talent that will continue to propel Kurtosys forward. This role will also require a deep understanding of our suite of enterprise products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • As a Technical Recruiter at Kurtosys Systems, you will be managing the entire talent acquisition process: from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, while providing a high-quality candidate experience.
    • Leveraging your expertise recruiting and hiring high quality technical, sales and client services talent, you will be our ambassador to the talent pool, communicating Kurtosys’ mission, culture, and value proposition, and raising awareness of Kurtosys as we continue to expand into Cape Town.
    • Source passive candidates through outbound recruiting efforts, inbound candidate generation, and employee referrals.
    • Work in a fast-paced global setting, and maintain a high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
    • Communicate effectively with the globally distributed interview teams to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
    • Build and maintain relationships with talent in the startup community by attending external events.

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years of staffing/recruiting experience for engineering talent, specifically within technology organizations.
    • Ability to consistently offer innovative solutions to recruiting challenges within the broader context of the organization's priorities and approach to problem solving.
    • An understanding of and passion for the start-up environment, with the desire to build a world-class organization.
    • Superior written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep knowledge of programming languages, database technologies, cloud technologies and software development.
    • Ability to work in a global organization, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers across continents and time zones.
    • Ability to collaborate within a global talent acquisition team, as well as mentor junior members of the team.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with human resources and operations teams.
