Amec Foster Wheeler is currently recruiting for a Time and Attendance Administrator to be based on the Petra Diamond mine in Cullinan. Responsibilities will include:
- Open and close T&A System on a daily basis timeously
- Ensure daily that all clocking stations are working correctly, if not report it immediately and get repaired
- Adding and linking new employees to T&A System
- Train new employees to use the T&A System and ensure all employees clock on a daily basis, and that clocking hours matches the toolbox talk sign off sheet
- Remove left employees on a daily basis
- Check daily by 9 o'clock absenteeism and late coming report. Correct all employees clocking times where necessary and get approval from Construction Manager
- Ensure HR has been informed on a daily basis of the absenteeism report so that they can take the necessary action
- Record Annual, Sick and Family Responsibility leave on a daily basis
- Print overtime report and get approved on a daily basis
- Handle all Toolbox talk sheets to be signed off on a daily basis by supervisors and employees
- Ensure all clocking reports to be signed off by employees on a Monday for previous week to ensure all hours are correctly entered and no pay queries with arise
Skills / Qualification
- Matric qualification
- 5 years VIP experience
- 5 years HT / T & A experience
- Experience with blue collar / site staff essential
