They need you to p rovide specialist monitoring, support, investigation, fault administration and analysis, and to p rovide specialist support services for customer administration.

This Will Include

• Preparation and execution of ad hoc queries to satisfy requests from end-users;
• Monitoring and correction of data quality problems;
• Analysis and resolution of problems within agreed service levels;
• Configuration of the application, for new products and elements; and,
• 2nd line after-hours support (roster basis).

Job Requirements

You need to have 1 - 3 years' relevant experience, good SQL knowledge, analytical and problem solving skills as well as experience in production support.

On the soft side you must be enthusiastic and self motivated, a team player, and an excellent communicator.

Advantageous Competencies

• Experience in a BI area;
• MS-SQL or Oracle experience; and/or,
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
