Junior Business Systems Analyst at IMD Innovations

Job description

Business Requirements analysis and testing:

• Interview and meetings with clients to understand customer requirements
• Draft business requirements documents (BRD)
• Draft functional requirements documents (FRD)
• Draft test cases and use cases
• Draft business proceses
• Conduct functional testing
• Draft technical and training requirements documents
• Assist in setting up sales demos and pilots
• Provide Technical Sales Support to the New Business Development Team
• Prepare and perform demonstrations of software remotely and onsite
• Train users on the IMD Innovations software at location site
• Attend sales meeting as and when requested by Manager
• Any other work as required by the business
• Implementation of systems at client sites
• Systems analysis and support:
• Provide system setup and configuration for clients
• Provide onsite and remote support to clients
• Provide system and user administration for clients
• Design systems
• Systems deployments at clients

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Highly preferred: Technology/software industry experience
• Must have own car to visit clients
