Key Responsibilities

Experience in architecting, analysis and development on webMethods Business Process Management (BPM) tool.

Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis.

Hands-on experience on business process development & integration using the SoftwareAG webMethods suite.

Responsible for designing, developing, modifying and testing new BPM solutions as well as implementing changes to existing BPM solutions.

Lead/participate in development of POC’s, presentations to clients, and deliver client solutions on the WebMethods suite – BPM & Integration.

Coordinate / Execute assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met.

Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills.

Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications / Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Information Systems or Computer Engineering Preferred

2 - 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

Formal Integration / BPM Technology Certifications / Accreditation
Preferred skills

Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts and BPMN 2.0

Experience with system integration (e.g. integrating ERP systems with third-party solutions).

Experience with the webMethods Suite – Integration Server, Optimize, BPM, Business Rules, Mashzone NextGen

Command of Web Services, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies.

Experience of developing Services Orientated Architectures (SOA).

Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Experience in configuration/development/integration of various "cloud-based systems.
