Creditors Clerk at PPC Africa

Job description

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years Creditors clerk or similar finance department experience
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system essential
• Experience with reconciling on BEST would be an advantage

KEY OUTPUTS:

• Review documentation for accuracy, validity and VAT compliance
• Ensure authorization and allocation of costs in terms of standard operating procedures has taken place
• Follow up of pending invoices on a regular basis
• Responsible for accurate capturing of verified invoices
• Prepare recons between SAP Ageing report and Supplier Statement prior to payment
• Valid and timeous submission of reconciliations of accounts for Payments to Creditors Supervisor
• Filing and archiving of records for easy retrieval
• Liaise with Internal customers and External suppliers efficiently and professionally
• Timeous and professional follow up of complaints and queries
• Maintain benchmark of Zero Audit Findings
