Role Responsibility

• Interview suitable candidates for truck driver positions
• Train them in accordance with company policy
• Ensure that truck drivers are tested and certified to drive company trucks
• Oversee the procedures of offloading and correct positioning of load
• Check correctness of engineering drawings
• Interpret engineering drawings to drivers and team
• Co-ordinate teams for a project through schedules and communicate this to project leader
• Do spot checks on teams during a project to ensure compliancy of rules and regulations

• Train and co-ordinate truck drivers across projects country wide
• Ensure availability of trained truck drivers across various projects countrywide
