    Contract Manager

    Job description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To ensure successful finalisation of contracts in accordance with Vodacom requirements as follows:
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant company policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for mitigating legal risk, in conjunction with Legal Affairs, for the company during the contracting process.
    • Participate in an advisory capacity.
    • Responsible for facilitating commercial contract management processes to ensure compliance to obligations and rights set out in contracts

    Qualifications and Experience:

    3 year legal or commercial degree or 3 year diploma with a minimum of 5 – 8 years relevant experience in contract management including contractual terms negotiations (commercial law experience).
