Job Description

• Supporting daily operations in a busy legal practice, this position provides specialised administrative control and document preparation services. Working 16 hours per week across a 4-day work schedule from 09:00 to 13:00, this role is based on site in Claremont, Southern Suburbs.
• This position involves typing routine and complex legal agreements, managing office administrative tasks, and utilising document processing software to ensure accuracy across client files and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Type and format legal agreements and related documentation with high precision.
• Execute general office administration tasks to support the daily operations of the practice.
• Manage file documentation and ensure accurate data entry across correspondence.
• Maintain structured records to support administrative accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven secretarial or administrative experience within a legal environment.
• Good typing speed and high-level typing accuracy.
• Ability to commute to the office located in Claremont, Southern Suburbs.

Desirable Requirements

• Prior experience typing specialised legal agreements and contracts.
