Attorney (Mid-Level) (Commercial) at Danté Personnel Recruitment

Salary: R30 000- R40 000 CTC Per Month (Dependent on experience)

• An established legal practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven attorney with solid litigation experience and a strong interest in commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence
• Attending to court appearances in the High Court and other relevant forums
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders
• Assisting with case strategy and dispute resolution

Requirements:

• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney with High Court right of appearance would be beneficial 
• 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation
• Proven experience attending to court appearances
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
