Job Title

Duties Include

• Senior Analysts are experienced members of the Analysis team. They are expected to independently manage small and medium analytical projects and deliver larger projects with support. They may also be required to line manage a small team of analysts.
• Form and maintain effective working relationships with other teams, including clients and 5one / Mastercard account and consultant teams to
• accurately interpret client’s business problems
• brief, plan and deliver relevant analysis ensuring insight is drawn from all analysis
• maintain analysis plans for all clients

Within projects you will be expected to

• devise an approach to answering the business problem
• implement the approach in SAS code
• convert the resulting analysis into insight that addresses the business problem
• present and explain analysis and insight to technical and non-technical audiences
• deliver all analysis accurately and on time

Other duties include

• Ensure business change can be derived from insights, driving the ‘So What’ in every delivery
• Contribute to strategic analysis planning and deliver insights to inform the customer strategy
• Identify and implement opportunities for advances in methods and metrics
• Share expertise with each other by participating in workshops and training sessions
• Manage resource allocation within your team, leading and motivating team members
• Implement and teach the 5one / Mastercard methodology
• Ensure all work follows the quality assurance process and improve on quality by learning from our mistakes
