Key Purpose Statement

The Global Performance Manager: SAP Services (Global Template) delivers the SAP Global Template services provided by the Solutions function to multiple global zones. The incumbent is responsible for all Service Delivery, Support and Monitoring actions to provide services that meet the business needs, function as designed and adhere to SLA’s to ensure overall Business Customer Satisfaction.

Responsible

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP Global Template Functional and Technical Services, to enable the business to operate effectively and efficiently
• Ensure the application management strategy and operations plan is aligned across the RCC oganisation
• Engage and build the relationships across the Solutions function and the Network of Capability Centers
• Manage operational risk, identifying key risks and ensuring mitigating strategies are in place for potential service disruptive events
• Define globally aligned service policies, procedures, standards tools and operating plans and ensure compliance & controls taking proactive action where necessary
• Review SLA/OLA targets and publish regular reports on service performance and achievement to the business and other key stakeholders
• Develop and implement the globally aligned strategy and model for managing suppliers; ensuring quality, performance & compliance against contractual obligations
• Shape supplier agreements and conduct regular contract compliance reviews, ensuring gaps are remediated
• Create and maintain the catalogue description of existing services offered across the service area
• Ensure proper service availability, capacity and performance management is in place and being performed
• Continually look for opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of application services
• Support the transition of new application services into live operations
