    Service Delivery Coordinator

    Job description

    The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) will act as a liaison between the Customer, the Sales Account Manager, and the Install Engineer. The SDC will ensure timely installations occur by setting up installation timeframes and ensure appropriate resources are available to meet these. The SDC will also be responsible for keeping the Customer and the Sales Account Manager informed on the progress and the status of any and all outstanding issues as they relate to the installation of services. Assists in the refining of work processes. Shares responsibility for team meeting its goals and objectives.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilites

    • Provide Service Installation oversight
    • Coordinate customer services between Sales Account Managers, Installation Engineers, and
    • Customers
    • Ensure timely delivery of services based on installation guidelines
    • Coordinating the testing of installs with the customers and installation engineers
    • Provide QA for Installations
    • Manage Customer Satisfaction and expectations on Installations

    Desired Skills and Requirements

    • Experience in PORTA Billing platform (required)
    • College degree and/or equivalent work experience in VOIP Industry
    • Good customer care skills with strong customer focus orientation
    • Ability to handle stressful situations
    • Strong administration skills and detailed orientated
    • Must be extremely organized and have good time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and set priorities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills and team player
    • Strong analytical and data entry skills
    • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Experience utilizing CRM system is preferred
