A leading Corporate Finance company based in Johannesburg is looking for a corporate finance analyst to join their Advisory team.

Applicants must be ambitious, a “self-starter”, energetic and not afraid to take on new challenges and grow with the company.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of advisory transactions, including capital structure advisory, valuations, investor roadshows, M&A, due diligence and interacting with clients.

Applicants with a good academic history and who regard themselves as being self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail should feel encouraged to apply for the position.

Preference given to applicants with specific and relevant experience in capital markets with a focus on Real Estate advisory.

Market related CTC.

Key Requirements:

• BCom or B.Bus.Sci or relevant post graduate qualification.
• Professional skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Commercial Real Estate market and operating environment.
• Good academic record & technically apt.
• Young, energetic and goal orientated.
• Must be adaptable to change and willing to walk the extra mile in completing assignments.
• Efficient time management.
• Be able to grasp new concepts easily and be able to multitask.
• Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
• Own car and driver’s license.
