Job description

An exciting role has opened for a Rewards Specialist who can develop and maintain the Group's Reward principles, strategy and philosophy. This role requires an individual who has a solid understanding of local and global regulatory reward frameworks.

Experience

• Up to 15 years’ experience in a substantial corporate environment; and between 8 and 10 years within a reward function.
• Experience working with senior and executive management.
• Strong project management experience.
• Demonstrable modelling and analytical ability through development of financial models and interpretation of information.
• Financial services industry experience desirable (understands organizational strategy, competitive strengths, industry dynamics, profit levers, customers, and competitors)

Qualifications

• Commerce degree, preferably with relevant post-graduate diploma or degree.
