Manufacturing Assistant - Plate Filler

Responsibilities

• Filling Machine Operator
• Preparation of station and equipment for filling
• Operating of filling machines
• Handling of tubes sets and filling attachments
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of filling machines

Pouring Culture Media

• Filling of Petri dishes with Prepared Culture Media
• Adding blood/ supplements aseptically to feed into pouring lines

Packing

• Packing of poured plates
• Labeling of packets
• Sealing of packets

Quality Control

• Completing of Quality Records
• Selecting QC samples for testing

Safety

• Comply with Safety Procedures
• Comply with Hand wash procedures and Dress code stipulations to ensure safety of products
• Housekeeping
• Daily cleaning and disinfection of workstation, associated equipment, packing area and floor area

Other

• Acknowledgement of Procedures
• Executing all other reasonable requests and instructions from management
