    Business Analyst - Banking

     

    Job description

    Busines Analyst with approx 5 years experience with experience in regulatory compliance and/ or Forex.

    Requirements

    • Give business process best practice insights in projects and initiatives
    • Model and analyse business processes in line with organizational standards and methodology
    • Build strong service focused relationships and rapport with key stakeholders within the business space
    • Design and formulate business process solutions
    • Continually identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance, utilizing and optimizing systems and staff
    • Document and define as-is and to-be processes
    • Write functional specs
    • Implement systems accoring to the SDLC
    • Perform testing and training
    • Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodology
    • Degree in IT and/or Business
    • Business Analysis Diploma
    • Approx 5 years experience
