Responsibilities

Check Point is looking for a talented and experienced Major Account Manager to join our successful sales team in South Africa.

Major Responsibilities

• Development of existing key account and Identification of new projects within South Africa
• Relationship Management
• Managing and collaborating with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Product and solution presentations
• Forecasting and Reporting
• Planning and organizing events in conjunction with channel partners

Desired Background

• Knowledge of the Security software industry and understanding of core customers’ security processes
• Some track record of closing deals within the top 10 accounts in SA - such as MTN, Vodacom, FNB, Cell C and ABSA.
• 5-8 years of experience in account management and sales
• Conceptual understanding of requirements and solutions
• Ability to solve critical issues in a timely manner
