    Business Development Manager - Enterprise/Corporate Channel

    Job description

    Primary Objecive: To take responsibility for the enterprise business and ensure it is functioning optimally in order to increase market share. This includes dealing with all enterprise business and to be an expert in solution selling to current and potential corporate clients.

    KPA:

    • Relationship building
      • Building relationships with B2B businesses and becoming a trusted advisor on all products and business offerings
      • Negotiate contracts and agreements
    • Business Development
      • Identify opportunities for growth in each partner account.
      • Build a comprehensive business plan which includes clear goals, actions, timeline to achieve this potential.
      • Obtain buy in from account at all levels required for successful implementation.
      • High level account intelligence
      • Drive implementation of plan with each account & monitor effectiveness at end of each quarter.
      • Grow profitability for our business in your accounts
    • Sales Management
      • Achieve sales / growth targets.
      • Weekly stock management & sell out management
      • Maximize revenue opportunity in each account through sales of accessories and other products
      • Administration & Stock Planning
      • Key contact relationship management
    • Stock planning
      • Account planning, quarterly review, operating and marketing plans
      • Product representation
      • Maximize product positioning with client
      • Facilitation of training and other activities to deliver customer experience.
      • Collaborate with clients and create business events/workshops/symposiums in order to promote our products

    Experience

    • 10+ years working with high level accounts
    • Proven track record in managing and growing existing accounts and developing new business.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Presentation skills and experience

    Qualifications

    Completed relevant tertiary degree.
