CALLING ALL JUNIOR TO INTERMEDIATE BUSINESS ANALYSTS

We are looking for junior to intermediate Business Analysts who will be the vital link between our customers' goals and objectives and the technology team who will help make those goals and objectives a reality. Candidates must be: Passionate about technology and the potential that technology has to add value to business; Analytical, disciplined and detail-oriented; Results- and value-driven; and willing to accept the challenge of a massive growth curve, and who are not afraid of being pushed to deliver excellent work, consistently.

In the role, you will be required to analyse, define and document cutting-edge CRM technology solutions for companies of all sizes, and in diverse industries. You will work alongside a top-notch consulting team who works with the world's best technologies - like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).

Successful candidates will be trained by expert seniors and required to develop and master the following skills:

• Define business requirements and processes
• Define user requirements, and articulate user stories
• Define software configuration specifications
• Define reporting and notification requirements
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritise competing business demands
• Participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solution
• Obtains key inputs from architecture team and identify solution interdependencies
• Engages with UX team to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems

Requirements for Applying:

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance beneficial
• A degree in IT / Computer Science or similar tertiary education required
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing beneficial
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
