Job description
Our Client, one of South Africa’s leading Dairy manufacturers has an exciting opportunity for an operations professional to coordinate and lead their production shift teams so as to ensure the achievement of productions targets within the budgeted cost as well as quality requirements.
A Degree/National Diploma in Food Science or equivalent, coupled with at least 3 to 5 years’ production management experience in a Food manufacturing environment is required. A strong understanding of Dairy processes and possession of a forklift license will be advantageous.
