    PPC Manager

    Job description

    As our PPC Manager you are a technically savvy, analytical leader who will drive strategy, development and optimization of CarZar Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. You will play a substantial role while consistently leveraging data to identify new opportunities to drive new customers and maximize their lifetime value through measurable marketing campaigns.

    The Following Responsibilities Pertain To The PPC Manager

    • Manage the P/L of the channel by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all PPC initiatives and campaigns
    • Responsible for forecasting and budgeting of channel
    • Become a "product expert" in our industry, understand the hot issues and new developments, and create an associated keyword expansion roadmap, working with the team to develop relevant ads and landing page content
    • Keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.
    • Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc…
    • Constantly monitor relevant KPIs (CPO, CR, CTR, CPC, Avg. Position, Quality score. Imp. Share)
    • Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins
    • Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
    • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the marketing team and top executive
    • Integrate strategies and recommendations into other active marketing channels such as Email Marketing and Social Media
    • Prepare and execute on a business plan to establish an international PPC strategy in targeted regions/countries.
    • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team

    Requirements

    • You have successfully completed University or College and have an education in Economics/Business/Engineering or a technical degree program
    • You have extensive experience in managing PPC campaigns with proven track record
    • Former SEO experience is highly preferable
    • Secure handling of the context used in the PPC tools and technologies (such as bid management, tracking, landing page optimisation)
    • Staff leadership and team motivation are in your blood
    • You have previous experience in e-commerce or similar business
    • You are interested in analytical contexts
    • You are structured and can deal with numbers
    • The use of all standard Microsoft Office applications is a matter of necessity to you
    • Performance- and detail-oriented
    • Diligent, self-motivated and self-driven, independent
    • Excellent time management skills, ability to perform under pressure
