    IT Specialist Recruiter

    Job description

    Salary R 300-360K basic advance per annum + lucrative OTE structure (no desk cost or deficit carried forward)

    Top billers will earn up to 40% of what they produce

    The Role

    Previous sales experience is essential combined with strong administrative skills - if you cannot spend 5-6 hours per day on the telephone, this job is not for you.

    Duties will include:

    • Connecting with and developing long lasting relationships with IT professionals
    • Sourcing qualified IT candidates daily
    • Accurately qualifying candidates
    • Interviewing candidates
    • Preparing candidates for presentation to clients
    • Marketing top quality candidates
