R12 000 - R15 000 Ctc Per Month

Key Areas of the role

• Employee File maintenance
• HRIS maintenance
• Medical aid administration (new application, transfers, terminations)
• New employee administration (loading onto the relevant systems, ensure paperwork is in order)
• Handle leave queries and escalate to SNR HR Consultant if necessary
• Ensure timeous and accurate payroll inputs
• Assist in preparation for disciplinary matters
• Support the SNR HR Consultant with project and other work as and when required
• Provide operational and administrative support to the HR department

Minimum Requirements

• 2 to 3 uninterrupted years in an HR administrative role
• Qualification in Human Resources (Diploma or Degree)
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
