Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just come available in our TCM area. We are looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst.

Summary of Role and Context:

The Senior Corporate Finance Analyst will: assist with maintaining the Group corporate structure and legal entities to ensure that the Group is appropriately structured to support the primary insurance businesses; contribute to concept development, drafting and presentation of corporate finance transaction proposals; assist with the structuring, financing and execution of Group corporate finance transactions to ensure that they promote an efficient group structure; maintain relationships with key representatives of private assets and monitor performance of private assets to safeguard the Group’s investments; initiate and perform valuations of Group private assets; perform the Group-level regulatory capital calculations and report the results to comply with statutory requirements; and maintain the Group BEE scorecard and calculate component scores in particular for Empowerment Finance and Targeted Investments to comply with statutory requirements.

Education & Work Experience Required:

• Matric is compulsory
• Minimum: Quantitative Bachelors degree: Maths, Stats, Engineering, Actuarial, Economics
• Desired: Quantitative Honours degree – Maths, CFA, Actuary, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics
