Our client needs you to scope, plan and prepare the business for pre and post project implementation of various HR (full gambit), Systems, IT and Finance for store and head office environments across all divisions.
You will ensure a smooth rollout and adoption of each of the systems or changes of existing HR systems. This will include taking responsibility for the full life cycle of project releases. You will use your strong knowledge of Labour legislation, HR methodology, on boarding and recruitment practices, as well as your ability to lead, negotiate and influence stakeholders using knowledge and excellent communication skills assists in achieving a successful project rollout.
Job Requirements
You must be a subject matter expert/specialist in projects as it relates to Human Resources, with project Implementation experience from new Payroll Systems, Dashboards, Performance Management Systems Tools, to HR change implementation etc.
You must be operationally experienced (full life cycle of projects including roll-outs) and technically proficient (tech savvy), with a diverse skill set – experience in projects in various places – having picked up expertise in this arena. On the soft side, you need to be Independent and Solutions orientated.
Our client would like you to have a project qualification like Prince2, however what they really want to see on your CV is a career in Projects that could include experience in a consultative role.
