Investment Officer: SMEs at Spartan

Job description

• Help Small & Medium Enterprises by providing growth & working capital finance solutions
• Analyse industries and businesses and make credit recommendations
• Foster relationship with SME owners
• Grow & manage SME loan portfolio
• Help detecting early signs of adverse portfolio conditions

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in business financing or business banking or SME credit analysis in either a bank, an investment company or an audit company
• Analytical mind, organized, precise and meticulous
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for results
• Excellent networking, relationship building, negotiating and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong team player and motivator
