    Sales Account Manager

    Job description

    Dial a Nerd is looking for an Sales Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities selling hardware, software and contracts.

    • Generate IT sales and business, developing relationships with new clients.
    • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Enhance the efficiency of the existing clients to increase sales and company relationship.
    • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
    • Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients

    Requirements

    • Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Ability to Meet Goals, Ability to Work Under Pressure, High Energy Level, Motivation, Ambition, Technical Skill, Attention to Detail.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Autotask ) and MS Office
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
