First Technology Centurion is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the IT sector. The successful candidate will have a strong, proven background in selling IT services, hardware, and software solutions, with the ability to identify new opportunities, engage clients at multiple levels, and close complex, value-driven deals. This role is suited to a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a consultative, solution-selling approach to enterprise customers.
Role Responsibiltiies:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, grow our customer base, and expand our market presence.
Client Solutions: Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and managed services.
Revenue Growth: Achieve sales revenue and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Tender & Proposal Management: Participate in tender processes, prepare proposals, and collaborate with vendors to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Customer Success: Build strong relationships, ensure SLA commitments are met, resolve service queries, and act as a trusted advisor.
Cloud & Product Sales: Promote and upsell cloud adoption and emerging technology solutions.
Vendor Engagement: Work closely with Microsoft and other key vendors to stay aligned with sales strategies and opportunities.
