My client boasts a wide range of premium models and are at the forefront of automotive technology and innovation. They are a leading automobile manufacturer seeking a Specialist Systems Engineer who will support the maintenance of all equipment and facilities and ensure maximum plant availability.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree or ND in Electrical Engineering
• Siemens Certified

Experience:

• 5 years' experience with Siemens S7-200/300/400 PLCs
• 5 years experience in systems integration, electrical and mechanical maintenance in an automated production environment.
• Siemens PC (WinCC/ TIA)
• SEW Movipro, Movidrive, Movitrack, SEW signal interface
• ProfiBus, ProfiNet, Profine and ProfiSafe
• Safety PLCs (Siemens F-CPU in 1500 and 300 range, PILZ PSS3000, PILXZ PNOZ range.
• SICK safety scanners
• Must be able to lead projects and steer external service providers as well as internal role players.
• Must be willing to do call out work and be on standby

• Responsible for ensuring all main process control systems of electrical and mechanical equipment in his responsibility are maintained and in good working order.
