    Sales and Business Development Manager

    Job description

    The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for developing sales of RISCGroup's products and services within the territory assigned. This includes identifying and developing business opportunities including existing and potential customers, while maintaining high customer service and satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent the global group strategy and implement the local sales strategy
    • Actively promote and sell RISCO's products within the assigned territory
    • Closing new business opportunities, by approaching key customers and vertical markets
    • Manage the sales process, negotiate and close business transactions
    • Build and maintain relationships within the industry and assigned territory
    • Support and advise customers on a technical level tensure the best possible customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Strong business skills with a proven track record of increasing sales
    • 5 years experience in the security industry, more specifically in selling electronic security systems, building automation, access control, CCTV and intrusion
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Good communication skills: oral, written and product presentations
    • B.Sc in Engineering and MBA or equivalent in Management, Finance or Marketing
    • Frequent travel is required
