nVisionIT, an award winning Microsoft partner, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team and fulfil the below mentioned duties:

• Requirements elicitation workshops with clients.

• Identify Client/Solution Success factors.

• Scope management.

• Business process & conceptual design.

• Business requirements analysis, modelling and documentation.

• Decompose business requirements into User Stories and prioritise.

• Requirements knowledge transfer to software developers.

• Functional testing & bug tracking.

• UAT co-ordination, troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Compile training content and facilitate training for users on new solutions.

• Regular liaison with both internal and client project team members I.e. product owners, project managers, architects and developers

Desired Qualification:            

• BCom Informatics / BCom General / BSc General / NDip: Information Technology

• Or equivalent qualification with an Information Technology focus

  Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and requirements documentation skills.

• Analytical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to liaise with multiple project stakeholders and team members.

• Negotiation skills around project requirements and scope.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Requirements modelling tools.

• Defining measurement and tracking of client success criteria

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 3 years business analysis experience in developing and delivering information technology systems.

• Experience in facilitating and driving client workshops.

• Thorough knowledge of the Agile methodology and associated artefacts.

• Ability to select the appropriate analysis tools and methods to be used for a given type of project and requirement. 

• Knowledge of IT product and technology capabilities. Microsoft-based platforms preferred.
