Job description

We have a Lead Credit Business Analyst role available in the Information Technology department for an experienced and qualified person who enjoys working in an energetic and stimulating work environment. The Lead Credit Business Analyst will through a collaborative process, be responsible for facilitating requirements and solutions sessions in the development environment. The successful person will also be responsible for making sure that all parts of the development process work as a whole, from requirement elicitation to software deployment.

This role requires a person with strong business and technical skills. He/she will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Developers, Testers and Software Architects to fulfil the business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

•  Effective implementation of the credit policy into the origination business processes and systems
• Plan business analysis activities of the team and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Ensure business objectives and data requirements are met
• Ensure the timely analysis and documentation of business requirements for software developments
• Investigate, evaluate, design and propose solutions to address business requirements
• Collaborate with Software Developers in developing, testing and deploying business solutions
• Manage the performance and development of the business analyst team

Qualification:

• Relevant 3-year degree or national diploma
• Numerate degree/subjects will give you an advantage.
• FTI Business Analysis Diploma (advantageous)

Experience:

•  Minimum of 6 - 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in leading a team of business analysts in the creation of business and functional specifications
• Experience in an Agile environment will be advantageous.
