Job Purpose

Implement and support business in SAP HCM, VIP and Vistex systems.

Key Dials

• Design, build, test and deployment for assigned SAP HCM, VIP and Vistex tasks;
• Test, modify and resolve any issues that arise in Business as Usual, HCM, VIP and Vistex;
• Complete all administrative tasks in support of HCM, VIP and Vistex;
• Deal with customers in a customer centric manner;
• Effective self-management and teamwork.

Education and Experience

• Grade 12,a relevant IT Diploma/Degree advantageous
• SAP HCM Certification
• 3 years NetWeaver
• HCM v7.4, EHP7, NetWeaver 7.4
• 4 - 5 years HCM Time Management experience
• Experience in designing and configuring key integration points in the HCM Time management Module

Required Job Competencies

• Intermediary knowledge of Organisational management (OM) and personnel administration (PA) HCM modules
• MS Office proficiency with intermediary level excel
• Understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
