A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where your main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Support INR's, nurses and technicians during case coverage, mainly in haemorrhagic (coiling, flow diversion, intersaccular devices) and AVM procedures
• Add value based on high technical knowledge in combination with a diplomatic approach respecting the atmosphere in a cathlab
• Provide training & support for the whole chain of stakeholders in AIS (Acute Ischemic Stroke) on how to use our products in the best way to ensure best patient outcomes
• Understand customer needs to optimize the product offering and stock levels in the accounts, propose and organize educational and proctoring programs.
• Communicate on the added value of our products, both from a technical points of view as well as clinical outcomes
• Collaborate internally with Sales and Product Manager , Business Manager NV MEACAT
• Support Sales manager in key accounts. Execute on tactics defined in strategic plan.
• Be the first point of contact in cases of product complaints and field actions, to ensure optimal patient safety, in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs
• Offer support as needed at conferences and congresses.
• Provide reports of activities and issues as required by management

Must Haves

• Solid technical experience with endovascular medical devices is a necessity. A background in the neurovascular space is a big asset.
• You have a passion for the technical aspects in neuroradiology, and to support, train and inspire people
• With your excellent presentation and communication skills you succeed in getting people aligned behind your ideas.
• Can operate within a big, multinational company with matrix structures
• Accountable towards customers
• Feels comfortable with ICT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com, etc.)
• Working in full transparency, respecting the highest ethical standards
• A positive and enthusiastic team player.
• Be well organised with strong planning skills, with high level of flexibility which is required to cover the full territory and adapt schedule if needed
• Fluent in English, Advantage for Afrikaans.
• Willing to travel also 20% of the time locally and abroad
