We are currently looking for a  Practice Manager to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

What we expect you to do:

• Fully participate in the Problem Management Development Initiative and other similar initiatives
• Provide support to Business Optimisation projects that require employees to be empowered
• Provide people change management support to MEA SI projects as required

Here’s what we are looking for in candidates for this job

REQUIREMENTS

In this position you will be required to:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and provide customised support to empower employees
• Co-develop methods and plans to develop and embed specific practices with Dimension Data MEA SI
• Assess, plan, document, support, report and keep records of development programmes such as the Problem Management Development Initiative
• Develop and deliver regular feedback and communication to all stakeholders
• Develop and analyse metrics to determine the success of programmes.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 5 – 10 years’ working experience
• At least 5 years’ working experience in a related environment
