Job Purpose

To build management foundation and to deliver operational excellence and productivity through a team of team leaders and technology managers.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Enhance Group Business Services System Support
• Knowledge of Financial Services (Banking/Insurance) Reporting
• Project Management
• Systems include SAP and Non-SAP Systems. The SAP systems are ECC FI/CO, MM, REM, HCM and GRC. The non-SAP systems are Ab-Initio, Nedbank Product Banking Systems, QMuzik, Archibus and Travel.
• Lead a cross functional teams through the integrity, support, maintenance and testing of SAP and non-SAP systems with enterprise projects that impact these systems
• Work closely with cross functional teams from the GBS specialist towers, Finance, Procurement, Property, Employee Services  and Group Technology to understand requirements and provide advice on the development and maintenance of processes, specifically:
• Banking Product Systems
• General Ledger and Financial Systems integrity
• Procurement and Materials Management integrity.
• Real Estate Management
• Human Capital Management
• Knowledge of ERP Systems such as SAP or Oracle
• High level understanding of cross-functional delivery
• Implementation experience with ERP/System Delivery
• Knowledge in business process controls
• Good communication and presentation skills

Minimum Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Minimum Experience Level

10+ years IT Operations Experience and 8-10 years Job Relevant
