Job description

A 3 month Fixed Term Contract to provide superb information security support to users and clients. Future proof design and improvement of information security solutions based on best practice security standards. Monitor, remediate and prevent security incidents. Anticipate problems and propose solutions.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• CCSA (Checkpoint)
• Kaspersky Certified Endpoint Security Pro
• JNCIA-Junos (Juniper Junos)
• JUNOS-JEX (Junos EX Switching)
• JNCIS-SEC (Juniper Security)
• JNCIS-FWV (Juniper Firewall and VPN)
• ACMA (Aruba)
• Registered with a Professional recognised Information Security Body
• Minimum of 3 years' in IT Security
• Minimum of 3 years' configuring, installing, and troubleshooting information security appliances & software, configuring security best practices on Juniper switches
• Minimum 3 years' of experience working with SRX, ScreenOS and Checkpoint firewalls
• Minimum 3 years' building and administrating secure enterprise wireless networks
• Minimum 3 years' of experience designing and optimizing security architecture for high availability, performance and stability
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with IPS technologies, vulnerability management technologies, content filtering technologies, Managed Antivirus technologies and Endpoint encryption technologies
• Experience in VMWare and AVAYA networking architecture an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in desktop, server and voice environments, and with VPN technologies (IPSEC, Juniper SSL VPN, etc.)
• Experience in working with compliance and regulatory program requirements
• Experience analyzing network, event and security logs, and/or IDS/IPS alert logs
• Change management experience within a call center environment
• Auditing Experience will be an advantage
• Corporate governance and risk management experience will be an advantage

Cost to Company maximum R 45,000 per month
