Key Requirements:

• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in design and development, facilitation and learner assessment
• Instruction / E-learning related experience
• ODETD NQF 5 Certificate
• Qualified Assessor Advantageous

Key Performance Areas:

• Conduct training needs analysis and research
• Design and develop OBE and e-learning training programmes
• Develop all forms of Learning Programs in line with OBE principles and SAQA guideline
