The Cipla Young Managers Programme (CYMP) aims to build future leaders & bring out the best in talented individuals with a targeted-development approach.

Requirements:

We are looking for final year students, studying any of the following undergraduate or postgraduate degree streams:
- Supply Chain CYMP: Finance/ General Accounting/ Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Engineering / Operational Research (Undergraduate & Postgraduate
- Information Technology CYMP: Information Systems/ Computer Science/
Criteria:

An exceptional academic record in:
- overall aggregate
- core subjects
Beyond your qualification you will be required to demonstrate:
- Leadership Attitude (engaged, self motivated), Ability (capability, skills), Ambition (aspirations), Engagement (Interactions outside of immediate teams)
- Learning Agility (being learning agile-ability to adapt)
- Ability to be creative and problem solve
