What We Offer

• Manage Customer Service team for all day-to-day Order To Cash activities
• Reduce & completely eliminate customer order backlogs due to supply issues
• Handle effectively the local Customer Service team in all day-to-day customer-related activities, ensuring they are dealt with in a courteous, accurate & timely manner, and adhering to all operational & current business standards
• Evaluate and continuously improve local customer service performance, and act as a facilitator for roll out of any locally & regionally identified best practices
• Work closely with South African Supply Chain manager & Regional Business Process Manager to monitor adherence to key performance indicator targets, identifying & implementing any commonly identified improvement plans

Who We Are Looking For

• University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Supply chain or any related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in FMCG would be an advantage
• Fluency in English, Afrikaans is a plus
• Proficient user of MS Office Applications
• SAP experience is preferred
