The primary contribution of the Services division is the following: Operational delivery of project implementations in alignment to the respective customer SOW, proposals and project plans; Identify opportunities to expand our value at the client and to provide a high level support and escalation structure into Performanta for our customers when necessary.

The primary responsibilities of the onsite SIEM engineer will be to assist the Customer in effectively managing and supporting their McAfee SIEM infrastructure. The engineer will assume a key role in providing on-going expertise for the customer's tactical and strategic SIEM related initiatives, supported by the Supplier, which shall include:

Minimum Level of technical skills & competancies:

• Proven skills in McAfee SIEM or you have worked in a SIEM environment
• Delivery of quality results through an effective attention to process and detail
• Proven understanding and awareness of current developments in the prevailing global Cyber Security environment
• An ability to work pro-actively and independently
• Product knowledge (i.e. Endpoint, DLP, SIEM, Firewalls etc.)
• Troubleshooting & Problem solving
• Networking
• Implementation and support
• McAfee experience (Advantageous)

Minimum Level of Expertise:

• 1 – 2 years IT experience in the Information Security space.
• Networking and security experience
• Implementation and support

Minimum Qualifications & Certificates:

• Matric
• A+, N+, S+
• CASP, Cisco CCNA (Advantageous)
• Relevant vendor certifications
