Obaro Group is seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual who maintains a high level of integrity, believes that agriculture’s existence is closely linked to innovative thinking and who possesses exceptional leadership qualities.

The successful candidate will be appointed as an Executive Director of Obaro Business Investments’ subsidiaries, but will mainly be responsible for Obaro Financial Services (Pty.) Ltd. As Executive Director, he/she will be the competent person to act in an advisory capacity, aware of the extent of the fiduciary relationship in which he/she operates within the company, whilst at all times operating with due care and diligence.

The suitable candidate must have the ability and experience to manage debtors financing as well as all associated risks. Experience in financial analyses, feasibility studies, corporate finance and finance product development will be beneficial.

The ideal candidate has an appropriate postgraduate qualification. The candidate must have at least 5 years management experience on an executive level with thorough knowledge of all applicable statutory legislation and requirement. Experience in the agricultural sector will be advantageous.
